ISBJJA - EUROCUP / EUROCUP KIDS 2024 ISBJJA, (International Sports Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association), is honored to invite you and your team to participate in the event:

ISBJJA - EUROCUP 2024 Date: November 2nd and 3rd, 2024 Location: Pavilhão Multidesportos Dr. Mário Mexia Address: R. Gen. Humberto Delgado, 3030-320 Coimbra, Portugal.

REGISTRATION.

Registrations must be made through the appropriate link on the website (www.isbjj.com), only until 5 pm on October 25th, 2024 (Friday), with payment by the final date. Athletes who may have any questions or problems at the time of registration should send a message to whatsapp +34 605 58 13 35 where the date and time of the request for help will be recorded. Athletes who request assistance after 5:00 pm on October 25, 2024 regarding event registration will not be entitled to support.

NOTE: Registration may close early if the number stipulated by the organization for one day of the event is reached, so register in advance to guarantee participation. NOTE: Registration may be extended if necessary.

AUTHORIZATION: By registering for ISBJJA/CBJJD competitions, the athlete agrees to the use of his/her image in any media outlet, before, during and after the competitions. He/she also authorizes the medical care provided by any sponsor or by the organization, exempting both from any liability arising from accidents that may occur during these competitions.
MEMBERSHIP (OPTIONAL) MEMBERSHIP COST: (FREE) Endorsement until December 2024 – Deadline to register: Until October 25, 2024.

RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR MEMBERSHIP (ATHLETE): Athlete membership must be completed through online registration in the registration system. - The teacher or athlete must complete the online form, attach documents, a photo and accept the terms described above in this notice (in the case of a minor, the guardian).

PROMOTION FOR TEAMS.

“FREE MEMBERSHIP OF NEW TEAMS”. All teams participating in EUROCUPCUP 2024 that are not yet affiliated with ISBJJA/CBJJD will be exempt from the annual membership fee. The team leader must complete the “Association” membership form, attach documents and submit it by the deadline (October 25).

NOTE: The athlete's weight will always be of the older age, that is, class 4/5 years (weight of 5 years - class 6/7 years (weight of 7 years) 8/9 years (weight of 9 years). See weight table on the website.

NOTE: KIDS festival – These are fun activities for warming up and matched fights without defining winners. (Introduction of the child to the competition environment) will be optional for children from 4 to 12 years old. When registering the athlete for the competition, the guardian may choose the Festival or register in the weight category and belt for the bracket system, as in the other age classes. Pay attention to the groupings of belts for the Junior, Junior and Youth classes.

NOTE: The athlete may weigh himself without the belt and the upper part of the kimono. NOTE: ONLY ATHLETES WHO GET TO THE PODIUM MAY REGISTER FOR THE ABSOLUTE.

leaders will be able to check the partial results of the competition at the technical table and check whether their team is scoring according to the results of their athletes. If there is any discrepancy, the correction must only be made before the end of the event.

GENERAL CHECK (THE CHECK DATE MAY BE CHANGED AND EXTENDED WITHOUT NOTICE, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEBSITE) The GENERAL CHECK will be
released to the public from 11am (morning) on October 25, 2024 (Friday) until 11am (morning) on October 30, 2024 (Wednesday) on the website www.isbjja.com During this period, the athlete himself will be able to change his registration data if it is wrong or request help via WhatsApp +34 605 58 13 35.

Requests for help to correct the data must be made respecting the end date and time of the GENERAL CHECK - 11am (morning) on October 30, 2024 (Wednesday). REMEMBER THAT THE ATHLETE CAN CHANGE HIS/HERSELF REGISTRATION THROUGH THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE WWW.ISBJJA.COM

NOTES: The event will be monitored by a medical team with a Mobile ICU, which will be responsible for providing first aid in the event of an accident. The gym instructors will be responsible for the physical and mental conditions of their athletes. Weigh-ins without the

BELT and the TOP PART of the GI are permitted. The ISBJJA is not responsible for any financial losses to the athlete or third parties in the event of a change in the event date.
